THE 2022 PORSCHE PANAMERA PLATINUM EDITION : A STRIKING NEW SEDAN FOR ENJOYERS

The Porsche Panamera is one of the best four-door sedans on the market, but that’s not enough to stem the tide of all-electric sport sedans that are entering the market. With so much competition, how would a company like Porsche respond to the changing times? Well, they’re starting out with a new equipment package that aims to add new standard features and additional styling elements to the already impressive Panamera.

The exterior changes start with a an exclusively designed set of 21-inch Sport Wheels which have a Satin Platinum finish to them. 20-inch Panamera Style wheels are also another option for buyers. Satin Platinum is also present on the outlet grilles on the car’s side, as well as the rear letterings and air outlet grilles. Headlights have been improved through a LED Matrix Design, as well as through the Porsche Dynamic Lighting System (PDLS). The upgraded Lighting system also comes with an upgraded design and a high-beam assistant system. The Platinum Edition also comes with a large customization roster, coming with 13 different choices for both standard and metallic paint colors. There is also the Custom Color offer which is exclusive for the Platinum Editions.

Within the interior of the 2022 Panamera, the door sill guards are adorned with brushed aluminum. The headrests have been embossed with Porsche crests and lettering that say “Platinum Edition”. A black brushed aluminum trim is seen all throughout the cabin. For maximum comfort, the Platinum Edition package also includes 14-way comfort seats with comfort memory to fit the passenger’s proportions. It also comes with a four-zone climate control system, front and rear heating for the seats, and ventilation for the front seats.

This allows drivers to configure the ride heights and select a level of firmness, allowing them to cater the ride experience to their liking. Safety features on the Platinum Panamera are state-of-the-art, including a Blind spot monitoring system and a Lane Change Assist. Power Steering Plus makes sure that the steering effort is reduced at low speeds. Both the safety features and the power steering options come standard to the Platinum Edition.

Infotainment on the Platinum Edition is top-notch as well, utilizing the latest iteration of the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system. This includes integration with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and SiriusXM 360L Satellite and Streaming modem which comes standard as well.
